Evergreen Condo #18 - In the heart of Ketchum with very easy access to River Run lifts on Baldy

Only 8 years old, this is a deluxe/upscale quality condominium -- ground floor corner unit that is all on one level . . . and only a couple of blocks to central Ketchum, so super easy walking to shopping and dining!
