The home is two story with common area living spaces downstairs and bedrooms and associated bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs on the main level, the living room is spacious and comfortable with a gas log fireplace and large flat screen TV and lots of windows and the dining area with seating for 6 is nearby and on the way to the kitchen, which is itself highly functional with ample counter and cupboard space and newer, high-quality appliances, and stocked with plenty of the pots and pans and dishes you would expect to feed a family. Just off of the living room is a private and nicely-appointed office with a full bathroom and a powder bathroom is nearby to the living room and kitchen. Just off of the dining area are sliding glass doors to the covered backyard decks and the nicely-landscaped yard beyond and that includes a 5 person hot tub for relaxing under the stars! The backyard is a private space with views of the surrounding hillsides all around and the closest neighbors are out of site -- a wonderful space to relax and enjoy some quiet time. Back inside, just down the hall from the kitchen is a large laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer and utility sink and just past that room is access to the attached 2 car garage, a useful space for parking the car and storing your gear. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The large master suite has a spacious king bed with windows all around, a large flat screen TV, a walk-in closet, and en suite is the bathroom with double sink vanity, a separate deep tub and glass shower, and a private commode room. Just across the hallway from the master is the 2nd bedroom has a "day" bed that does double-duty as a couch when not being slept on, but can be configured either as two twin beds or bridged into a king bed. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and in between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms is a shared full bathroom. And, all of the beds are very comfy and newer Temperpedic, so good quality beds! What a great set-up for a multi-month "seasonal" rental!
