Location, amenities, and quality in a property available for rent – a trifecta! This Timbers condominium at the southern entrance to Ketchum is in a great location that is walking distance to central Ketchum that has Baldy views and outdoor space and an underground private garage and the upscale quality of the construction and décor makes this property very desirable and not to be missed!
The floor plan is (mostly) all on one level and laid out nicely, so let’s take the tour . . . When coming in through the tall wooden front door, enter into a hardwood-floored entryway and go left to the living/dining/kitchen and master suite or go right to the guest master suite and the 3rd bedroom and bathroom.  The living/dining/kitchen area is an open floor plan with hardwood floors, a raised dining table and chairs, comfy sofa and chairs in the living room with a gas log fireplace and 48” flat screen TV, and lots of windows for plenty of light, including French doors leading to the exterior patio area that affords views of Baldy to the west. Back at the dining area, descend a carpeted flight of stairs to a laundry room with full-size clothes washing machines and access to the private underground garage – call it a tight 2 car or an oversized 1 car garage.
The exterior common areas of the Timbers is nicely landscaped and the overall complex is well maintained. And, all of this is a short few blocks to central Ketchum – an easy walk – and the property is close to the River Run access to Baldy -- about ½ mile – as well as the Valley-wide bike path and the Big Wood River.
