A Modern "Old Farm House" In West Hailey -- Rent For a Month or Two or More

THIS UNIQUE HAILEY HOME WILL BE AVAILABLE TO RENT FOR 1+ MONTH STAYS BEGINNING IN LATE-ISH SUMMER 2021. AND, AFTER THE OWNERS GET THE PROPERTY RENTAL READY, UPDATED PHOTOS WILL BE ADDED AS OF MAY 2021.

On the west side of Hailey just before you go over the Bigwood River heading out to Croy Canyon . . . and just across the street from Hop Porter Park . . . and just a few blocks and an easy walk from central Hailey . . . this classic older farm house that is completely modernized with multiple "old timey" out-buildings is a unique rental opportunity for month+ long stays that are longer than nightly/weekly vacation stays and shorter than true longer term leases, so call it "seasonal" rentals for folks wanting to relax for a bit, but not quite settle on down.

Assuming you're parking out back and not at Bullion Street, enter at the back deck and into the kitchen, what at first glance appears to be a truly old farmer's kitchen, but upon closer inspection you see a brand new gas stove/oven and Sub-Zero fridge/freezer and plenty more to cook for the whole clan or just some fancy coffee before heading out into your day. Go one way through the kitchen to a long dining table with plenty of chairs or go the other way through the kitchen to a family TV room . . . and know that where the TV currently lives will be expanded this spring to accommodate the TV better. Heading into the home there is one downstairs bedroom with a full en suite bathroom (the photos here show this room to be more of a library, but come springtime it will blossom into a regular bedroom) and just past that bedroom is a more formal living/sitting room that you would enter into if you were coming in from Bullion Street and over the front porch and through the front door. And, just before you would climb the stairs go go upstairs, there is a working office on the left (currently complete with appropriate amounts of clutter that will be cleaned up come springtime) and a full bathroom on the right.

Having ascended the stairs and now on the second floor, at the top of the stairs is a good-sized laundry room complete with front-loading laundry machines and ample storage. Just down the hall is a nursery on the left that will be transformed into a kids play room and then another bedroom just past that, what will also get an update this spring to be more suited to kids of all ages. And, just across the hallway from these two rooms is a full bathroom. At the end of the hall is the good-sized master suite with a king bed and a recently remodeled full bathroom en suite that has a sitting/storage room off of it on the way to a back balcony deck facing to the east and south over the back yard of the house.
