The living room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. A "sleeping" den/office is just off of the living room with a sofa sleeper in case there were house guests passing through. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are flexible in that they are currently being used as office spaces for the homeowners, but they can easily be converted back into bedrooms with bedding types being somewhat flexible -- the owners beds in storage, so depending on what a guest would want to use those rooms for, they can likely be equipped to meet those needs. And, bedroom 4 is actually part of a studio at the further end of the house -- its own self-sufficient space that the owners have rented out separately through Airbnb in the past, but would be included with the house rental, of course.
All-in-all, this nicely located property -- just a few minutes from skiing on Baldy in Ketchum or shopping and dining in Hailey -- that can be rented in a versatile way with flexible terms. With summer now in our past and winter approaching, this is a great property to consider for a longer term lease (like for the school year) or for a shorter "seasonal" rental that could be all of the ski season or just a couple months of the ski season.
