THIS CUSTOM 3 BEDROOM/2.5 BATHROOM FULLY-FURNISHED NORTH HAILEY HOME IS AVAILABLE FOR WINTER SKI SEASON RENTALS . . . FOR THE MONTHS OF FEBRUARY 2026 AND/OR MARCH 2026. AND, THE PROPERTY CAN ALSO BE RENTED IN A 2 BEDROOM/1.5 BATHROOM CONFIGURATION (THIS WOULD NOT INCLUDE THE MASTER SUITE).

On the south side of the "great room" is a powder bathroom, access to the 2-car garage (that itself has plenty of room for storing skis and bikes, etc), a laundry room with newer full-sized laundry machines, and the master bedroom suite with a king bed (and a top-of-the-line mattress!), gas log fireplace (this is remote controlled and heats the bedroom nicely!), walk-in closet (ample room will be provided for a tenant's clothes), and the en suite bathroom with heated floors, dual vanities, a deep bath tub, separate tile and glass shower, and a private room for the commode.

On the north side of the "great room" are bedrooms 2 and 3 with a king in one room (again, a top-of-the-line mattress here) and two twin beds in the other room, and a shared "Jack and Jill" bathroom between the bedrooms with two sink vanity, tub/shower, and commode.

Located at the north end of Hailey in the Northridge neighborhood (so, on the side of Hailey that is closer to Ketchum/Sun Valley), the custom-built home is on a quiet residential street with other quality homes and it is just minutes from Hailey's ample and quality shopping and dining and just 12 miles from the resort communities of Ketchum and Sun Valley (even better shopping and dining and entertainment!) ... and world-famous Bald Mountain skiing and the surprisingly good Dollar Mountain for learners!
